Taught by the Red Cross, First Aid training teaches you what to do in a life threatening emergency.

The course covers a range of Emergency Life Support (ELS) Skills, including:

• Panic Attack

• Choking

• Serious Bleeding

• Defibrillation

• Dealing with an unconscious casualty.
