It’s that time of year again when we celebrate and recognise all the students who have made outstanding contributions to the student experience at Sunderland!

We received over 160 nominations for Your Awards 2026 and the panel have read over 28,000 words written by you, celebrating your friends and coursemates achievement over the past year.
After some incredibly tough decisions, below you can find the three societies and individuals shortlisted for each category.
If you are one of the lucky people shortlisted, you will receive a VIP invite to your student email asking you to RSVP your attendance.
Your Awards 2026 ceremony will take place on Tuesday 12th May 2026 in Your SU @ Riverside.
