There's no doubt, 2020 has been a tough year! While at University, it is really important to take time out of your studies to relax and remmeber to recognise all the positive things in your life.
The Wellbeing and Resiliance workshop will go through various different ways you can help improve your happiness, and provide you with some helpful hints and tips on maintaining a positive outlook, even when things seem difficult.
The session will be led by Your President: Wellbeing, Diogo and the Wellbeing Senior Coordinator, Sarah.
