Join Your SU for a day out at Beamish, The Living Museum of The North.
Beamish is a world famous open air museum, telling the story of life in North East England during the 1820s, 1900s, 1940s and 1950s.
This Christmas the site will be full of traditional festive activities, as you are transported back in time.
Your SU has arranged an exclusive price for this trip of £17 per student including coach travel costs and entry into the museum.
Also, with the journey being just 30 minutes on the coach up to Beamish, you will have approx. 6 hours free time to explore the museum & grounds, spend time in the parks, old fashioned pubs & of course, pick up those last minute Christmas presents for family & friends from the wide selection of traditional shops. Since our last visit, a whole new area has opened up celebrating the 1950's with a cinema, chip shop and so much more to explore.
