Sunderland Food Bank needs volunteers to help by inputting data, weighing food, dating food, packing bags and moving boxes.  The Trussell Trust run the food bank and partner with local communities to help stop UK hunger. They have 400 food banks in the UK and provide emergency food and support to people experiencing crisis in the UK.

This is a great opportunity to meet new people, and enhance skills from communication, team work, willingness to learn and organising. 

Please note this activty is off-campus and transport is provided. Meet at SU reception at City Campus at 1:00pm. Returning to campus approx: 3:45pm.
