LONDON: Lord's Cricket Ground Tour
UoSiL International Sports Society have organised a trip to Lord's Cricket Ground!
See below for details:
Date: Thursday 27th February 2025
Time: Meet at Lord's Cricket Ground at 12:30pm for a prompt 1pm tour start.
Where? Lord's is approximately 50 minutes on the tube from UoSiL campus. You are welcome to meet at campus and travel together, or meet us there if that is easier for you. If meeting on campus, we will be leaving at 11:45am.
What will you experience?
- Lord's Museum (which includes the 1983 Trophy)
- Home and Away Dressing Room
- Pavillion Middle Balcony (where Kapil Dev lifted the 1983 Prudential Trophy)
- Grand or Mound Stand
- The Long Room
- Media Centre
- Shop to get your souvenirs!
And lots of time for photo opportunities!
(This trip is open to all students)
COST: £10 per student. Tickets are usually £25 but the Students' Union has supported the International Sports Society through the Society Development Fund to make this accessible and much cheaper for students.

By booking onto/attending an SU event, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
For Your SU led events, ticket refunds are available on request to yoursuevents@sunderland.ac.uk.
Full refunds will be available within 14 days of the ticket booking date, unless the event is due to go ahead within 72 hours. This is to allow us to make the ticket available for resale. If a refund is requested more than 14 days after booking, or the event is taking place within 72 hours, a refund cannot be claimed.
Tickets are non transferable and cannot be re-sold. Any tickets that are found to be transferred or re-sold will not be valid. The only place you can buy a valid ticket for a Sunderland SU event is via our website.
Unless otherwise stated, participants are not permitted to attend with children due to safeguarding and risk assessment reasons.
Unless otherwise stated, our events are open to STUDENTS of the University of Sunderland ONLY.
