Don’t miss out on The University of Sunderland’s book sale raising money for Manzini Youth Care, an amazing charity that to supports children and young people in Swaziland.

 

 

Sunderland Childhood Studies students and staff have been working with a charity in Swaziland for three years and are looking to continue this support.

 

 

The charity, Manzini Youth Care, provides education and care for vulnerable children and young people, through residential homes and schools, and has a skills centre to help develop employability.

 

 

Margaret Parsons, Principal Lecturer of Childhood Studies has already visited Swaziland to see the great work that's been done so far and help out with some of the practical work as well.

 

 

This will be the first fundraising event of the year for the cause and the book sale will take place on 4th November in City Space Studio from 10am-4pm.
