Nightline is re-opening in September 2007

Nightline is a confidential "listening" service which is run on weeknights for students by volunteer students.  It is a way for students with any questions or queries to gain access to information out of hours.  We all know what a stressful time starting university can be so we try to provide a service that gives people someone to turn to when the university offices are closed.

VOLUNTEERS WANTED

Volunteers will be required to operate this help service so, if you're interested, either contact Lynsey, the Education & Welfare Officer, or contact any one of the exec committee if you see them during Freshers' Week.  Previously, Nightline has operated from 7-11pm and you can work as many or as few hours as you like.  Consider this; not only can you help any fellow students who may have questions that they need answering out of normal university hours, but you can also boost your CV by adding some all-important extra-curricular activities which may help you get that job you really want after graduation!

Contact Lynsey for details.
