SPORTS TOURS

SALOU 2008 - 1st-7th APRIL 2008

Each year the Uni runs a Sports Tour and has the opportunity to compete against other Uni's abroad, in a 2 day tournament and possibly a few drinks! This year's destination is Salou (1st-7th April 2008) This is for many people the highlight of their year and, as many would say there is no better way to spend your Easter holiday. Last year's tour was a huge success, and this year we have 135 students travelling to Salou in Spain. Teams include mens football,  hockey, american football, womens rugby, netball and tennis but non-participants are welcome too. Cheerleading and Dance will be going along for the social. Undoubtedly an awesome experience you can't miss!

SNOWSPORTS TOUR

VAL THORENS, FRANCE - 11th-19th APRIL 2008

The Snowsports club also go away each year on a skiing holiday to France. This is another huge event where everyone from beginners to experts go along and play in the snow. There is no shortage of drinking going on and the nights out are fantastic! Another must if you have any interest in snowsports or having a great laugh.
