The Students' Union administration team is based on the Ground Floor of Edinburgh Building on the City Campus and Wearbank House on the St. Peter's campus.

 

The Student Information Point in Edinburgh Building is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9.00am to 5.30 pm, Wednesday 9am, - 4.30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm, enabling you to have easy access to your Union. If you have any queries or need assistance, we'll help - just call and see us.

 

Reduced opening hours during out of term so please ring on 0191 5153030 to confirm opening hours in Edinburgh Building during these periods.

 

At this point, you can get the following:

  • Information on all our services
  • Upgrades toInternational Gold Union membership on your Campus card (if you are an international student)
  • Access to a directory for all University internal numbers
  • A contact point for all Executive Officers and Union staff
  • Timetables for Union and campus buses
  • Information on all our events and entertainments
  • Sending and receiving fax messages for a small charge
  • Switchboard and reception service to transfer calls to appropriate departments

 

 

Our offices at Wearbank House on the St Peters Campus, opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, both term time and out of term.

If you are based over that side of the Campus and need help, please call in and staff will only be too pleased to assist you.

Standards of Service

 

You will normally be seen immediately, but you will have to wait no more than 5 minutes at peak periods.
