Student Representation

The Student Representation Department is located in the Students' Union offices, Edinburgh Building, City Campus.

What does the Representation department do?

The Student Representation Department provides support, training and guidance for all elected Student Representatives on campus.

The Student Representation Co-ordinator works alongside the Student Representation Officer to ensure all elected Course Reps receive the necessary guidance and support they need to fulfil their role effectively and efficiently.

Student Rep Training

Training Sessions are available for all elected Student Representatives, to ensure all Reps are provided with the knowledge and information of their role along with details of all the University and Union support services available. This training is beneficial to Student Reps in helping them to carry out the role efficiently and effectively. Training Sessions usually take place late October and Early November. However, sessions are available throughout the academic year upon request.
