Welcome to Your Union

The Student Experience Survey

Working Together to Improve Your Student Experience

The University and Students' Union have recently undertaken a survey, seeking your opinions about your experience whilst at the University

A big THANK YOU to all of you who completed the survey - your feedback is extremely valuable and will be used for 2 purposes:-

  •         To identify ways to improve your student experience
  •         To inform the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) Institutional Audit, which will take place in early 2009

The Students' Union will be submitting a written report to the QAA, as part of the University's Institutional Review which is carried out by the Government.

The views of students will be submitted in the report, which is separate and independent to the report submitted by the University.

The Students' Union, as the representative organisation of the student body, is charged with the task of collecting student feedback on their academic and student experience at Sunderland, which will form the basis of the student submission to the QAA.

Your views will help us to improve your Student Experience

The Questionnaire has now closed (2 May 2008)

The prize draw will shortly be made and we will contact the lucky winners in the next couple of weeks.  Good luck to all of you who completed the questionnaire and chose to enter the draw.
