Leaflets and Forms

You can find more detailed information in our leaflets, which cover a range of the most common questions and problems. Hard copies are currently being updated but usually they are available from the Students' Union, Libraries and Resource Centres, and various locations around the campus. You will also be able to link to and print a copy of a Mitigation Form from this page.

You may find our Frequently Asked Questions page provides an answer to your query.

If you do have any concerns or queries, then do get in touch as soon as possible and remember that the service is completely confidential and that we will fully explain

the basis on which we will carry out the steps necessary to resolve your academic issue before we take any action on your behalf.
