The Academic Affairs Department is located in the Union's Advice Centre on the Ground Floor of Edinburgh Building, City Campus, Chester Road and is here to provide help, support and representation on any issue affecting your studies.
It is best to tackle any problem with your academic studies as soon as possible. If you find yourself falling behind with work, if illness or personal problems are affecting your studies, or if you are unhappy or dissatisfied with any aspect of your university experience, then drop in for a confidential chat with our friendly staff.
Advice on welfare issues is available from our colleagues the Welfare Advisors who also work within the Advice Centre.
