Hi I’m India, and I’m your LGBT Officer for the University of Sunderland Student Union. I study English Literature and am part of the women’s football team at the university.

I am excited to be part of the SU this year having been on the Fresher’s Welcome Team in 2012 and seeing the great work which the Union does on a daily basis. I hope I can help contribute to this by bringing ideas and enthusiasm to the team!

I am passionate about LGBT issues, and I hope that any LGBT students will come forward and speak to me about any issues they may have. I am open to suggestions about new ideas for the LGBT population of Sunderland Uni, and am also always here for just a general chat. Please contact me using the details below at any time.
