Hey, I’m the Education & Welfare Officer. I look ahead to the incoming year as being one ofgreat prosperity and opportunity for students at the university and I look forward to sharing that with you. One of the areas I am passionate about in my role is helping to organise RAG (Raise and Give) alongside the student led RAG committee so please look out and get involved with RAG events which raise thousands of pounds for charity and are also great fun to be involved in.
Another part of my role is representing student opinion on a variety of academic and welfare issues with the university. I truly believe it is vital students get exceptional value for their fees from the university and I am committed to achieving that for students. Finally, it is my duty to report, represent and campaign for the issues that truly matter to students.
