2. You can expect to wait no longer than 30 minutes to be seen by an advisor.
    Or book an appointment to be seen within 2 working days

3. All e-mails and phone calls will be acknowledged within one working day

Complaints About Our Service

We are confident of providing a high quality service in all respects.

If however you have any queries or concerns about the work we do for you, please raise them in the first instance with the person who is dealing with your problem.

If that does not resolve the concern to your satisfaction or you would prefer not to speak to that person, then please contact the Students’ Union General Manager, who is available on:

In the case of a complaint regarding the management of your problem, the Students’ Union General Manager will discuss with you whether you wish your confidential file to be reviewed and whether it is relevant to do so.

The Students’ Union has a Complaints Procedure that applies to all our staff and services, and copies of this can be collected from the main Union Reception in the Union Offices, Edinburgh Building.

Raising Concerns

It is important to us that you immediately raise any concerns that you may have with us, as we would like to attempt to resolve the concern that you have with our service.

We value you and would not wish to think that you have any reason to be unhappy with us.
